Your Atlas: a folder Claude reads first

Atlas is a folder on your own computer that Claude reads before it does anything. It holds how your business works, written down once in plain files. Every session adds to it, and it stays yours.

Why AI hasn't helped yet

    You explain your business again each time, and the answers stay generic.

    When the person who knows the price rules is out, the work waits.

Example

One job, before and after

Before

Suppliers send new price lists as PDFs a few times a year. Someone types each line into the ERP by hand: a full day a quarter, always behind, and now and then a stale price sells stock below cost.

After

Claude reads the PDF, matches each line to your stock codes, applies your mark-up rule and writes the file your ERP already imports. Someone checks the exceptions instead of typing every line.

How it starts

  1. A short conversation

    Fifteen minutes, five questions. We name your one bottleneck and book a second chat.

  2. The fix

    We research that one problem and bring back the fix and a first step for this week.

  3. The assessment

    A discovery call, then a report of three to seven fixes, each with a test that proves it worked. We go through it together and you choose where to start.

  4. Getting ready

    A short form: examples of the first job done well, and the practical details.

  5. Atlas sessions

    Every two weeks, month to month. Each one builds something.

You can stop after any step.

Forty-five minutes on screen-share, you at the keyboard, one process at a time and always in this order.

  • Audit

    You show how the job is done today, step by step, on a real example.

  • Trim

    We cut the steps that don't need to exist. Sometimes that is the biggest saving, before any AI.

  • Automate

    What's left becomes a route in your Atlas: written instructions Claude follows the same way every time.

  • Log

    The session is written up the same day: what got built, and who does what next.

The first session sets up your Atlas, so that every session after it starts building. Between sessions, send us a question, a voice note or a screenshot on WhatsApp; we answer within a business day.

How we work

  • We recommend new software only when nothing you already own does the job.
  • A process is audited and trimmed before it is automated.
  • You own everything built, and there is no minimum term.
  • You keep your own passwords and run your own processes.
  • We take no commission or referral fee on anything we recommend. Where the answer is one of our own products, we say so.

Questions

Who is this for?
Owners, MDs and operations heads of South African manufacturers and distributors, often running Syspro, Sistrade or Prism. Usually three or four manual jobs are eating your week, you've tried ChatGPT and got stuck, and you'd rather hold the tools yourself than buy a black box.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You drive on your own screen and we show you each step.
Who sees our data?
Claude runs on your own account and works only with what you let it see. You keep your passwords, and we don't take anything from your Atlas away with us.
What does it cost?
The first conversation is free. After that everything is a fixed fee, agreed before it starts, and the sessions run month to month. We give you the numbers in writing once we know what you need.
What if a job is too big for one session?
It becomes a separate project, scoped and priced on its own. The sessions carry on as before.
